This firm was selected by the Archdiocese of Baltimore
and St. Ann Church to update its Master Plan for
additions and alterations to existing buildings
located on the "campus" the church shares
with St. Maria Goretti School in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Upon completion of the Master Plan, Proffitt & Associates
was then awarded the design of the following phased
capital improvements:
Phase
1: Two-story addition to existing Parish Center to
include administrative and
educational spaces, and choir balcony addition to existing
church sanctuary. Site improvements will include stormwater
management ponds (quality and quantity) for the entire
future build-out, and utility upgrades and relocations.
Phase
2: New, two-story Parish Hall to include large gathering
space on second level
and pre-school classrooms and support spaces on lower
level. This phase will also include site work including
increased parking, reconfiguration of the existing
driveway to add circular pattern to safely separate
two-way traffic, and paved walkways throughout.
Phase
3: Expansion of east transept of existing church to
expand seating capacity and add babysitting room. |
