This project consists of a 31,500 square foot (2) story shell medical office building clad with a combination of brick veneer and EIFS.

Proffitt & Associates played a vital role in the development of the site plan for this project by working closely with the client through a series of potential building sites, as well as a series of design options for the building.

In addition to the base building, we provided tenant design for the owner’s oral surgery practice located on the first floor as well as four other tenants.
