The project consisted of the design of a new general office / warehouse facility for a masonry contractor. The office portion (approx. 3,000 SF) was designed with masonry bearing exterior walls and brick veneer. The warehouse portion (approx. 9,000 SF) was designed as a pre-engineerd metal building frame with the exterio walls clad with split-face CMU.

The gray split-face masonry of the warehouse acts as a back drop and offsets the red brick of the office. The mass and scale of the building relates to its location and setback from the road as well as integrating into the mixed use industrial park in which it is located.
