This project involved the design of four condominium townhomes located on an infill lot adjacent to Carroll Creek in the Baker Park area of Frederick's Historic District. Each unit contains roughly 3,500 square feet, spread over four floors including a basement level. Units are wood frame construction with face brick and block veneer. The rhythm, massing, and detailing are designed to echo the surrounding historic context, while the open interiors appeal to owners seeking an upscale, luxury environment. The bay windows, large dormers, and octagonal towers pick up on local style, while rooftop terraces allow for a panoramic view of the downtown area and adjacent park.
