The first Centerpark building is a 12,000 square foot, single story brick office building with 8,000 square feet dedicated to a family physician practice. This space includes four consulting rooms, twelve examination rooms, a radiology area, a large laboratory facility, a central administration area, and room for future expansion. A tenant fit-up for a dental practice was completed at a later date.

The second building is comprised of a 30,000 square foot, two-story brick building to complement the first. This building involves six tenant fit-ups with remaining available office space to be fit-out as needed.
