This project included the design and construction of a new 10,313 square foot shell office building and 6,000 square feet of tenant office fit-up to house Frederick Pediatric Associates of Frederick, Maryland. The exterior of the building is constructed of brick with aluminum storefront windows with articulating corners and peaked roof entrances providing an attractive professional presence to compliment the other buildings in the commercial office park along Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, Maryland.

The fit-up for Frederick Pediatric Associates utilizes 6,000 square feet and features a comfortable contemporary design. The large waiting area is entered through a double storefront entrance. A large reception counter with varied heights for both adult and child access also allows for increased visual surveillance of the waiting area. The traffic pattern for the overall office is circular, allowing for easy flow of patients and staff between exam rooms, business office, private offices and support spaces.

The remainder of the office building interior will be finished at a later date with future tenant fit-ups.
