New Office Building for
Dr. Gregory Weakley
Frederick, Maryland
Construction Cost: $1,000,000
Completion Date: October 1999

A new 11,000 SF Medical Office Building was designed and constructed for its owner, dentist Dr. Gregory Weakley. 4,000 SF of the facility would be utilized by the owner, while the remaining 7,000 SF was designed as future lease space. The exterior of the building is constructed of red brick and aluminum storefront windows with articulating corners and peaked roof entrances providing an attractive professional presence in the commercial office park.

Dr. Weakley's office fit-up was designed and constructed with a spacious waiting area and a central business office and "operations located at the center of the entire office. The office has ample room for record keeping, supply rooms, staff lounge, and business offices.

We designed exam and surgery rooms along exterior walls, each with its own window so that patients would enjoy a view to the outside during their appointments, and the dentists and hygienists would also benefit from the daylight during there long workday. Along exterior walls are additional consultation rooms and private offices.
