Michael Proffitt, President of Proffitt & Associates
Architects since 1995, has
been partner since 1981. His present workload includes
projects which total over $30 million in construction
cost. He specializes in institutional, educational, industrial
and historic building projects. Michael contributed his
specialized knowledge of historic building restoration
to the City of Frederick's Historic District Commission
by assisting them in the revisions to their Historic
District Guidelines and Rules of Procedure. |

and Project Manager personally guiding each of his projects
from conceptual design through bidding and construction
administration to user occupancy. |
