Central Maryland International Truck, LLC relocated its Frederick, Maryland operations to a new 40,000 square foot facility. The facility houses the company’s parts sales, general truck service, lease service and a body shop. The building was constructed as a pre-engineered metal building clad with metal siding, while the office component was clad in EIFS and ground-face masonry.

In recognizing the need for energy efficiency, the new facility incorporated energy efficient light fixtures throughout and occupancy sensors in areas of limited use. Heating for the service area and body shop is achieved through a system which utilizes waste oil gathered at the facility.
