Proffitt & Associates teamed up with Bruchey Builders to provide Design/ Build services for Big Cork Vineyards, who was looking for a cost-effective facility that would not only house their wine production functions but could be used to host wine tastings, live events, and weddings. The design included a production area, warehouse area, administration area, warming kitchen, display and tasting areas, along with over 3,500 additional square feet for a heated covered porch. PAA coordinated structural work with a pre-finished metal building manufacturer and worked closely with an interior designer to integrate many specialty finishes into the design.
