This project included a new 14,175 square foot medical office building including tenant fit-out to house a single integrated services tenant. The exterior of the building compliments the other buildings in the commercial office park along Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, Maryland.

The large waiting area features a series of reception centers with varied heights. The interior traffic pattern for the overall office is circular, allowing for easy flow of patients and staff throughout.
