This project consists of a new 11,700 square foot automotive facility on a new site in the Villages of Urbana. There are nine (9) repair bays in the facility; a flow thru car wash that recycles more than 90% of the water through a settling tank and filtering/treatment process; and two quick lube bays that provide oil to heat the facility using a waste oil water heater serving a radiant floor heating system. The exterior concrete slabs are heated with radiant heat and the office areas are heated with a hot water coil in the units.
