This project involved the demolition of the owner’s structurally unsound support building, and design and construction of a replacement four-story structure with minimal alterations to the adjacent buildings.

The new facility houses support functions: Company offices, Training Room and Fitness Room, as well as dormitory and support space for full-time personnel.

The facility is planned to act as a local emergency shelter, and is fitted with a new emergency generator serving the entire urban building complex.
