The Owner’s desire to have this Self-Storage facility meld into a railroad warehouse design paradigm fit well with the Town’s desire for sensitive design for this highly visible site. This project transformed a site previously used as an informal junk heap to a colorful gem.

Storm Water Management was placed beneath the paving between the units, relieving through a dry laid retaining wall along the tracks of a busy commuter rail line. Unit sizes vary from 5x5 to 10x20, and are provided with climate controlled if desired.
