The Keypark Center project consists of a new two-story shell office building situated on a 1.8 acre lot adjacent to residential neighborhoods. Stormwater management utilizes an innovative underground vault with a sealed base due to the region’s propensity for sink-hole development.

Initially designed for up to 12 tenants on the first floor and one tenant on the second floor, flexibility was provided so that multiple tenants could also be accommodated on the second floor.
