With the rapid development of Frederick's Carroll Creek in the heart of the historic downtown, parking has become a priority in order to keep up with the infusion of multi-use construction in this area including corporate, residential and retail.

This project involved the completion of design and construction documents for a new Frederick City parking deck with leasable retail space on the ground level.
