$4,500,000 | 28,962 SF
The scope included a feasibility study and concept design for the organization’s new field house facility. The 26,296 SF building will contain a regulation-sized NCAA basketball court, fitness and weight rooms, a classroom, locker and team rooms, an athletic training room, a concession stand, and administrative offices.
The building structure will consist of a pre-engineered metal building frame with masonry interior and exterior walls. The standing seam metal roofing is arranged in a gable configuration and the central gymnasium is capped off with a higher roof designed to allow for clerestory windows along the sides, which will provide natural daylight.
