This project included restoring and renovating a historic brick farmhouse and construct additions to create a community center for a new residential neighborhood. The existing farmhouse required extensive electrical and mechanical upgrades to allow for a new event space, food prep area, exercise room and office space. An addition to the west of the farmhouse contains restrooms and locker areas for the a swimming pool. A new covered pavilion to the east of the farmhouse provides sheltered space for outdoor events. A 3,529 SF swimming pool and 6,080 SF pool deck were carefully designed to incorporate the historic feel of the existing building.
