This project consisted of relocating part of the physical therapy space from Frederick Memorial Hospital's Rose Hill Plaza location into a vacant shell space at the nearby Aspen Ridge Professional Center. This interior tenant fit-out included a waiting area, reception area, an administration suite, five exam rooms, a therapy pool, a hand therapy room, and an exercise room that houses therapy equipment.

The clinician's office area was designed to ensure easy supervision of public use space, while maintaining privacy and straightforward circulation.
