PAA TAKES HOME TWO AWARDS AT THE 2017 FRED AWARD CEREMONY

The Frederick Real Estate Dealmakers (FRED) Awards honors the most successful commercial real estate transactions and projects each year - and the people who made them happen. Proffitt & Associates is pleased to have provided architectural services for two award winning projects at the 2017 ceremony, hosted at the Delaplaine Arts Center. The “Most Creative Deal” was awarded to Float Frederick, whose team included St. John Properties, Claggett Enterprises, and Proffitt & Associates Architects. The new BioFactora Laboratory project received the “Perseverance” award, with a project team comprised of Tyler-Donegan-Duncan Real Estate, St. John Properties, and Proffitt & Associates Architects. Proffitt & Associates’ new corporate headquarters was also a finalist for the “Most Creative Deal” award.
